Jonathan Ford, Creative Partner, Pearlfisher

After leaving design school in 1984 Jonathan went on to work for Michael Peters & Partners and in 1992 co-founded Pearlfisher. The company's portfolio includes a mix of well-established iconic brands such as Innocent, Absolut Vodka and cadbury Dairy Milk as well as smaller challenger brands such as Nude Skincare and Jordan's Cereals. When he's not designing, Jonathan writes articles, presents at conferences and has appeared as a design expert on BBC series High Street Dreams.

Oliver Bedwell, Senior Designer, Dragon Rouge

Oliver Bedwell studied branding and packaging design for four years at Somerset College, during which time he spent internships at leading design agencies Blue Marlin, Coley Porter Bell and Landor, amongst others. He gained his first position at Futurebrand upon leaving college and five years ago joined Dragon Rouge where he's designed packs for Cruzan rum and Ballantine's whisky.

Dan Wilson studied at the Norwich School of Art and Design and was taught by Ray Gregory. After completing a six week work placement with agency Blue Marlin he joined them full time and he's been involved in initial project proposals to the realisation of projects. And he makes the occasional round of tea.
