Public Services by Design

Transforming public services through expert mentoring

Public Services by Design workshop in Sheffield

When persistent challenges can’t be solved by government alone, design is the means to stimulate innovation, solve some of society’s problems, and grow the economy by creating new markets and business opportunities.

If you are looking to transform your service delivery challenges into opportunities, the Design Council can help.

Public Services by Design is a mentoring programme that helps service leaders and frontline teams meet service delivery challenges. We  have limited match-funded places still available to ambitious public sector organisations keen to transform, adapt  and improve service delivery. Whether you have a small scale service improvement you want to speed up, a roll-out of an enterprise, or a new partnership working model to deliver, we can support you to transform.

We are seeking to work with organisations who are ambitious and fast-paced, with clearly defined outcomes, who can complete the programme within a six month period and are ready to submit an application.
