Business Growth & Development is the UK’s the most successful and longest-running programme for ambitious owner managers and MD’s. The programme aims to achieve the following:

BGP is a modular programme that allows participants to continue to run their business while they take part. The main part of the programme runs over 11 weeks. During that time, there are four two-day modules at Cranfield University, with individual strategy development in between. Throughout the programme, participants are supported by an experienced BGP counsellor who works individually and within small groups.
BGP is very specifically designed for ambitious owner managers of businesses that are at least three years old and have a turnover of between £0.5 million and £20 million.
