With over 20 years in the design sector, Lesley is a Brand Strategist working with organisations in the development of their brands, messaging and communications. She is interested in measurable returns and understands ‘brand’ in terms of impact, growth, service development and culture change.

Lesley has led brand and communication projects, cross-sector, for some of the world’s largest organisations including Motorola, Fujitsu and UEFA, yet particularly enjoys working with SMEs looking to embrace design in order to move to their next level of growth.

As a Design Associate she has worked with over 40 clients through the Design Council’s SME programme.  

Lesley is currently managing director of The Engine Room in Huddersfield.
