Neil is a passionate advocate of the power of Design Thinking to transform organisations, create relevant new offers and drive growth.
Neil is a Design & Innovation Consultant working with organizations at all stages of growth. He has worked with many sectors from high technology to healthcare and worked with start-ups, universities and the third sector as well as many blue-chip corporations. Recent clients include 3M, IKEA and Samaritans. Alongside his own practice Neil is also an Associate Senior Consultant with Viadynamics, Design Council Associate, NESTA Associate, and a visiting tutor at the Royal College of Art Service Design Master’s course.
Neil regularly speaks on the transformative power of design, has been featured in a number of books, publications and newspaper articles, and has even made it onto BBC2. Neil has also jointly authored a book “Brand Romance” published by Palgrave McMillan, which describes the 15 design principles that are essential to the building of a loved brand.
Neil has led pioneering work over the last 25 years, delivering projects and programmes that contribute to organizational change and growth by embedding design-led innovation capabilities at scale.
