Neil is a Design and Innovation Management Consultant working with organizations at all stages of growth. He is a passionate advocate of the power of Design Thinking to transform organisations, create relevant new offers and drive growth.

Neil has consulted across many sectors from high technology to healthcare and worked with start-ups, universities and the third sector as well as many blue-chip corporations. Recent clients include 3M, IKEA, Philips and Unilever. Alongside his Design Associate role with the Design Council, Neil is a NESTA Associate, Associate Senior Consultant with Viadynamics and a visiting tutor at the Royal College of Art Master’s course in Service Design.

Neil regularly speaks on the transformative power of design, has been featured in a number of books, publications and newspaper articles, and has even made it onto BBC2. Neil has also jointly authored a book “Brand Romance” published by Palgrave McMillan, which describes the 15 design principles that are essential to the building of a loved brand.
