Stephanie Pau is a design researcher with extensive experiences in delivering technology innovations with multidisciplinary teams. To facilitate delightful transdisciplinary participation is at the heart of her works and initiatives - for the present or the long-term future, using concrete and/or abstract thinking.

Frameworks, methods and tools for participatory futures is her design specialization - through research and practice (includes academic publishing). She gave workshops and talks at the Royal College of Art on futures topics, e.g. robotics, spacesuit, design future, and is writing a book chapter on human-robot interaction at Imperial College London.

Her futures approach is substantiated by 14+ years on hands-on implementation of greenfield and brownfield technology projects as a solution architect and software engineer in startups (including a health-tech startup she founded), MNEs and a non-profit. She has an MRes in Healthcare and Design from Royal College of Art and an MEng from Imperial College London.
