I work in the Cabe team leading our support programme to help clients to achieve well designed places. I organise training, expert advice and stakeholder facilitation events for public, private and voluntary sector clients. I am also managing the development of our inclusive environments hub, a central resource of information about inclusive design for all built environment professionals.

Before Cabe merged with the Design Council I worked as part of CABE Space. I managed and developed national toolkits and best practice guidance to support local authorities, communities and other public sector organisations in the planning, design and management of the public realm. This included climate change adaptation and community engagement.

Before joining CABE I worked for Groundwork managing community participation projects on inner city estates in London.
