Anja Klüver is a Digital Director with two decades of award-winning, international experience. From designing the website for No. 10 Downing Street in 1994, to her most recent work leading the Prospect team in the development of mobile applications for BMI Airlines, digital runs in her blood.
Anja and her multi-disciplinary teams conceive and craft multi-faceted, interactive digital strategies and customer experiences, seamlessly connected across both digital and analogue platforms: web, mobile devices, kiosks, IFE systems, brand identities and communications. Close collaboration with researchers, technologists and strategists ensures that brands coherently translate between touch points, creating integrated and meaningful service experiences for users. Anja champions a people centred design process to deliver the tangible value, behaviour change, loyalty, love and trust that result in happier customers, engaged employees and business growth.
Anja co-founded Prospect in 2006 and has been delivering bottom line impact for a number of diverse clients, launching brands, increasing awareness, differentiating services and boosting conversions. For Nokia Siemens Networks, she led the team that developed a major global brand online, delivering company unity, clear market differentiation and high stakeholder engagement. For BMI, her team helped to increase booking conversions by 20%. She delivered similar impact for Silverjet, where booking targets were exceeded by 17%. Nokia capitalised on Anja’s expertise when she led the creation of the global website, merging 52 different national sites into a single, coherent online experience.
Prior to Prospect, Anja ran her own studio for five years, working with clients that included the Design Council, The Royal Society of Arts, Opodo and the Department for Education and Skills. In her career, she has held senior positions with MetaDesign London, Icon Brandlab, FutureBrand Digital, Oyster Partners and design and advertising agencies in Holland and Norway. She was responsible for leading multi-disciplinary teams on projects for the Victoria & Albert Museum, British Airways, The BBC, Unilever, OAG, One2One, Sky, Telefonica Moviles, Bridgeman Art Library, Dutch Telecom and MTV Europe and has won numerous industry awards for her work.
