Fanny trained to communicate visually, to use design as a vehicle for creating compelling messages. Working for government for 20 years taught her that effectiveness is the ultimate measure by which creativity stands or falls.
She has extensive experience of producing and commissioning public sector brand, design and communications for the public good, as well as managing varied stakeholders from the creative industry and government bodies.
She believes that the best results are achieved by close collaboration between policy and design, client and supplier, strategy and creativity. Her interest includes: promoting design principles to create user-centric public services and information; mentoring; brand and creative strategy; setting standards, developing models and processes; procurement, running pitches and agency management.
