Graham Marshall

Graham is a built environment expert, with experience in the private, public and research sectors, and has been in the vanguard of placemaking throughout his career.

With leading urban planning consultancies, he has developed and implemented Government policy, and was a founding director of the Governments pilot Urban Regeneration Company Liverpool Vision. In consultancy, he has primarily acted as an advisor enabler to the public sector, including the office of the Deputy Prime Minister and Mayor of London.
