I am an architect, urban designer and researcher based between Zurich, Switzerland and Novi Sad, Serbia.
In 2020, I received a PhD degree from the Department of Architecture, ETH Zurich. My research has been published in some of the leading journals and magazines in the field of architecture and urbanism, including ARCH+, Thresholds, Log, CARTHA, as well as a chapter in a book of the award-winning Swiss Pavilion at the 16th International Architecture Exhibition in Venice, and presented through lectures and conferences hosted by institutions such as University College London, University of Nottingham, University of Leeds, TU Delft, TU Vienna, HKW Berlin, MAO Ljubljana, University of Chicago, to name just some. I taught, led workshops and appeared as a guest critic and advisor at universities such as ETH Zurich, Harvard GSD, TU Delft, University of Belgrade and Goethe University.
Next to my research experience, I have also worked with NGOs, public planning institutions and design offices across Europe, as well as an independent urban design and development consultant. My work has been dedicated to developing research and design tools for critical spatial practices, tackling questions such as property, real estate, and the role of communication and media in the production of the built environment.
