Laurie Goodman

This urge led me to the Bartlett School of Architecture, to study Spatial Design in a course that encouraged students to explore the reciprocal relationship between space and society. The approach I learnt there formed the foundations of my appreciation for the value of design, and as a graduate I went to work at a ‘human-centred’ interiors practice, specialising in workplace strategy and design.

Six years later, I still advocate professionally for the value that design can bring to organisations in my capacity as a Senior Strategist. I specialise in delivering RIBA stages 0,1, and 8 (or their equivalents), meaning that I work with clients to write design briefs and then evaluate the success of a design after completion. My remit covers anywhere somebody goes to work for the day - whatever the nature of their work might be - for a variety of types of organisations such as FTSE 100s, creative agencies, local authorities and universities.
