Daniel Letts
Daniel trained as an architect. He began his working life in film and television before becoming an interaction designer, digital brand specialist, and service designer.
He has worked across numerous sectors including communications, telecoms, finance, health, transportation, FMCG, manufacturing and the public sector.
Daniel has worked with a wide range of clients such as McLaren, the BBC, Vodafone, Barclaycard, the Royal Mail Group, London Underground, Cisco, Cabinet Office, Tesco, Johnson & Johnson, Experian, Samsung, Ford, NHS, Unilever, Faber & Faber, Boots, Procter & Gamble, Sony, and Everything Everywhere to name but a few.
Design Council clients have included the London Business School, the NHS, the Department for Communities & Local Government, Warwick Business School, Adur & Worthing Council and the Northern Council for Further Education.
Daniel is a regular speaker on Service Design and a visiting lecturer for the Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design in Denmark. He was a member of the team awarded ‘Design Team of the Year’ by Design Week Magazine, and is a certified Scrum Master, and a CEDR accredited mediator.
