Elsie Hayibor

As our in-house Designer, Elsie helps shape our visual identity across internal and external channels. Drawing on her experience working across multiple creative teams and industries, she creates a variety of design assets that tell our story to partners, sponsors, and the public.

With a BA in Graphic Communication and Illustration from Loughborough University, Elsie brings a critical design eye to our content, reinforcing our position as champions of design. Her passion for storytelling and background in branding, campaigns and events for clients such as Canon and Red Bull, make her a valuable member of our team.

As the Co-founder and former Lead Designer at Black Girls in Design, Elsie possess a wealth of creative expertise, underpinned by an enthusiasm for diversity, sustainability and design education.

Outside of work, Elsie finds balance through photography, fitness, and cooking for her friends and family.
