Our People

At the heart, we are a small team of around 40 people who are committed to inclusive and planet-centered design.  

We are guided by a Board of Trustees, bringing expertise across design, climate and charity governance. 

We work with our unique, multi-disciplinary network of more than 400 Design Council Experts who share our passion and bring a breadth of expertise and diversity.
