Kasang is the Founding Director of Ksquared. We work primarily within the social sector helping Registered Social Landlords in asset management, sustainability targets, and strategic plans, specifically with tangible ways to fund, design, and deliver retrofit works to properties in line with the Government's 2050 net zero target. More importantly, we are motivated by the end user and alleviating residents' feeling the pinch of the cost-of-living crisis. By retrofitting their homes, we pass on the real-time benefits of defects rectification for better comfort and reducing their fuel bills, meaning more money in the residents' pockets in the long term. We offer a holistic cradle-to-grave service, defining more streamlined, quality-driven, and value-for-money routes to completion for our clients.

Kasang has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. She is a Chartered Architect, Project Manager, and Retrofit Coordinator. She started her career in the private sector working internationally for high-end residential and commercial clients, seeing her efforts win awards and publications in Dezeen. Returning to London, she worked at Foster + Partners delivering Appleā€™s European stores in Brussels and Paris. Throughout her career, sustainability has been the golden thread running through all projects; having previously been a LEED AP and currently qualified as a Retrofit Coordinator, she specializes in sustainable design, retrofit practices, funding vehicles, appraisals, and business case viability.

Kasang is also a Trustee for BDGiving and a design review panel member for both Hackney Design Review Panel & Folkestone and Hythe Place Panel.
