Maariyah Amejee
Executive Co-ordinator
Maariyah is our Executive Co-ordinator at Design Council, where she is responsible for providing comprehensive calendar management and administrative support to the Executive Team. Alongside this, she works with her fellow Co-ordinators to provide office support for the wider organisation.
Before working at Design Council, she worked within the health sector at an orthodontic practice as an Administration Executive, enabling her to experience and manage various communities and environments to ensure the smooth running and successful business of the practice.
Maariyah was the first apprentice at the University of Roehampton, studying Business Administration where her key focus was Student and Senior Staff Engagement and effectively liaising with key stakeholders to improve the quality of sustainable delivery and services within its London campus.
Outside of work, Maariyah enjoys travelling, trips to the cinema and trying new cuisines.
