Ben Ramalingam

Ben Ramalingam is Special Advisor at the International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent, leading efforts in strategic knowledge and intelligence across the global network. He previously led the United Nations Strategic Review of Child Rights and was Chief Strategic Development Officer at UNICEF UK, where he was in charge of innovation, design, strategy, programmes and people to maximise the organisation's impact on children's lives globally. With over twenty years of experience in sustainable development and humanitarian response, Ben has also held leadership roles at the British Red Cross, UK Humanitarian Innovation Hub (UKHIH), UK Research and Innovation (UKRI), OECD, ICRC, FCDO, and more.
