Phillippa has specialised in service design & innovation for over 15 years, enabling human-centred and purpose led approaches to today’s business challenges through research, strategy and training/coaching.

Phillippa is a leading voice in service design education strengthening links between business & industry, keeping at the forefront of her profession. Phillippa founded agency Current Works supporting various government departments, Fortune 500 Corporations & energy providers, through to niche lifestyle brands & startups. She is an active member of the global service design community & has co-hosted five Global Service Jams including the first Global Gov Jam in the UK. Phillippa regularly speaks & writes about design led innovation, including co-authoring the ‘This is Service Design Doing’ book, & enjoys teaching on MA Service Design & BA Design Management & Cultures at University of the Arts London. In addition to the Design Council she is also a design expert associate with Deloitte & Design Thinkers Academy London.
