The Good Growth Design Lab was an interactive exhibition that brought the Design Council’s latest Design Economy findings to life, revealing how design is powering economic growth, creating better places and services and helping businesses and communities thrive across the UK.
Through compelling data, inspiring case studies and the voices of designers, the exhibition explored why design is essential to building a fairer, greener and more prosperous future for us all.

Designed with reuse in mind
Working with our partners, we have considered the environmental impact of the exhibition build. Recycled and recyclable materials feature throughout, alongside modular structures designed to be dismantled, reconfigured and reused. Most of the exhibition is expected to be reused after the event, helping to reduce waste and keep materials in circulation for longer.
