9 May 2014

Rachel Jackson, Head of Design at Thomson Reuters shares how her design team was able to inspire change within the huge multi-national news and media organisation.

At our Leading Business by Design summit Rachel told the story of how her team began secretly redesigning Eikon, Thomson Reuters’ financial market analytics and trading software.

Overhauling the user experience put the design team on the map allowing them to establish a design lab within the firm, fundamentally changing the way the company develops products.

  2. Thoughtfulness
  3. Courage
