Bronwen Rees

Bron is the Knowledge Coordinator at Design Council, where she supports the delivery of multiple projects across the research, policy, advocacy and thought leadership work that is done across the organisation.  

Bron sees design as a tool for change. Much of her previous work tackles what she considers the most pressing issue we currently face: the climate crisis; using design to create responsible products and tackle larger system issues within which products sit. She has a first-class degree in Furniture and Product Design and has worked in several design studios including Sebastian Cox and Pearson Lloyd. 

Outside of work Bron is constantly trying to find time to read her ever growing collection of books. and enjoys getting outside to go walks, cycles or swims.
