Jane Aslanidis
Jane Aslanidis is a Design Council Expert, global advisor and director with over 14 years of experience at the intersection of design-led innovation, capital, and institutional strategy. Her career spans leadership roles with the United Nations system, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), and both public and private sectors - with a strong track record of delivering mission-driven outcomes at scale.
Jane’s work has contributed to globally recognised initiatives, including serving as the World Bank Group’s Climate Ambassador, working on the Nobel Peace Prize-winning World Food Programme team, and co-designing The Earthshot Prize with the Royal Foundation under the leadership of Prince William. She is known for bringing strategic clarity and systems thinking to complex, high-stakes design challenges.
Driven by a belief in design as a lever for public impact, Jane brings deep expertise in governance, policy reform, and innovation strategy. She advises leaders across government, business, and philanthropy on how to align capital and capabilities with long-term resilience.
A Greek-Australian with strong ties to the UK, Jane continues to work with British and European institutions on innovation, sustainability, and investment-led strategy. She brings a cross-continental perspective and is recognised for her clarity, discretion, and influence in high-trust environments.
Jane holds a Master’s degree from the University of New South Wales, is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), and has completed the University of Oxford Net Zero climate training.
