Megha Wadhawan

Megha is a designer, researcher and strategist who works on complex social and organisational challenges, while building capability through coaching and training.

She’s worked across a wide range of sectors and topics including social innovation for international development, funding services, planning and infrastructure guidance, health and social care, setting up data observatories, scaling for clean energy skills, race and gender equality.

Megha’s design practice is rooted in systemic, inclusive and futures approaches. She co-authored the DIYToolkit with Nesta, taught at Ravensbourne University and recently on the MA Service Design course at University of the Arts London. Together with the UAL Social Design Institute, Megha has co-designed and delivers the social design short course. She also runs courses on service and inclusive design, which bring together cohorts from local government, charities, healthcare and private sector bodies. Previously, she co-founded and led the London chapters of the Global Service & Sustainability Jams.

Megha's clients include Forum for the future, NHS Blood & Transplant, Department for Levelling up Housing and Communities, Department for Education, Essex County Council, Nike Foundation, Microsoft and Google. She sits on the board of Ageable - a community interest company that looks to redesign care and how we age.
